We can only add BatteryPlus once we know your battery's condition. There are two ways to confirm it.
You bought a battery from us
If we remanufactured your pack and our partner network fitted it, you can extend the warranty at the time of the swap. Its condition is already on record, so there is nothing extra to send us.
You've completed a state-of-health test
Already have your battery? Email the test report to team@swapbat.fi. Once we have checked the result, you can buy BatteryPlus for your pack. No replacement needed.
