Which fault codes point to the high-voltage battery?
On Tesla, fault codes appear in the instrument cluster and on the central MCU display. Tap the red warning triangle at the top of the screen. Codes beginning with BMS can indicate a high-voltage battery fault. When you contact us, please note any visible codes. It helps us identify the right pack faster.
Battery-related codes we commonly see
This list is a guide, not a diagnosis. Several of these can have other causes. Send us your codes and we'll advise.
Built to last and to keep cars on the road.
Remanufacturing keeps high-voltage packs out of waste and extends the life of the whole vehicle. Every pack we deliver leaves our line measured and documented, at a high, verified state of health.
What we remanufacture, component by component
Tesla battery replacement — remanufactured, tested and warranted
If your Tesla has lost range, is showing battery-related warnings such as BMS fault codes, or the high-voltage battery no longer charges normally, we supply a remanufactured pack, rebuilt with genuine OEM parts and warranted. We have already remanufactured packs across the full Tesla range — Model S, Model 3, Model Y and Model X — in both Standard Range and Long Range trims, rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive, from around 55 kWh on Standard Range Model 3 and Model Y up to roughly 100 kWh on Model S and Model X.
Tesla models we remanufacture batteries for
- Tesla Model S — 70, 75, 85, 90 & 100 kWh (incl. P85, P90D, P100D)
- Tesla Model X — 75, 90 & 100 kWh
- Tesla Model 3 — Standard Range / RWD (~55–60 kWh) and Long Range / Performance (~75–82 kWh)
- Tesla Model Y — RWD (~60 kWh) and Long Range / Performance (~75 kWh)
- Both rear-wheel drive and dual-motor all-wheel drive
Not on the list? Don't worry. Contact us and we'll find the right solution for your Tesla.
Signs your Tesla battery needs attention
- A clear drop in driving range or usable capacity
- BMS fault codes shown on the instrument or centre display
- The high-voltage battery no longer charging to full
- Battery or high-voltage-system warning messages
High-voltage battery replacement is available through our partner workshops across Finland, including Helsinki, Vantaa, Turku, Tampere, Oulu, Rovaniemi and more. No partner near you yet? Contact us anyway and we can help.
Tesla packs start from €5,000 (incl. 25.5% VAT), covering the remanufactured battery, freight and recycling of your old battery. The exact price depends on the model and pack version, so Tesla packs are quoted individually. Request a quotation for your vehicle.
We do not recommend single module replacement
Replacing one module creates a capacity imbalance between old and new modules. The battery will fail again shortly after. A full remanufactured pack with matched modules is the correct solution.
