Remanufacturing keeps high-voltage packs out of waste and extends the life of the whole vehicle. Every pack we deliver leaves our line measured and documented, at a high, verified state of health.

What we remanufacture, component by component

Battery modules
We test every module for capacity and internal resistance, and rebuild the pack only with healthy, matched modules.

BMS — Battery Management System
We test the BMS and confirm it functions correctly.

Cooling system
We pressure-test the cooling circuit for leaks and confirm it seals.

High-voltage connectors
We inspect the high-voltage connectors and contacts, and replace any that are worn or damaged.

Casing
We clean, inspect and reseal the housing so the pack stays protected and watertight.

Volvo plug-in hybrid battery replacement — fast and warranted

If your Volvo plug-in hybrid's electric range has collapsed, the car is showing battery-related warnings, or the high-voltage battery no longer charges normally, we supply a remanufactured replacement pack, delivered quickly and under warranty. The swap is carried out through our partner workshop network across Finland.

We do not recommend single module replacement

Replacing one module creates a capacity imbalance between old and new modules. The battery will fail again shortly after. A full remanufactured pack with matched modules is the correct solution.

We supply the replacement battery
We check our stock and send a remanufactured, tested replacement battery to your nearest partner workshop — install-ready, with its condition report.

Your workshop fits it
The partner carries out the swap and recycles your old battery. You drive away with a 12 month / 30,000 km warranty.
